These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Lit Cigar, a trade name, brand and online service operated by Ivy Edge Strategies LLC, including this website, pre-launch pages, waitlist forms, affiliate-facing materials and any related product discovery or comparison features we may offer. In these terms, "Lit Cigar," "we," "us" and "our" refer to Ivy Edge Strategies LLC doing business through the Lit Cigar brand. By accessing or using Lit Cigar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Brand Name and Operator
Lit Cigar is used as the public-facing brand name for this website and related services. Ivy Edge Strategies LLC is the legal entity responsible for operating the site unless a different legal entity is identified in a future version of these terms. Use of the Lit Cigar name does not mean that a federal trademark registration has been issued, and no ownership rights are granted to users by these terms.

Lit Cigar is intended only for adults who are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to access information about premium cigars in their jurisdiction. Do not use this site if you are under 21, if you are accessing the site on behalf of a person under 21 or if applicable law prohibits you from viewing cigar-related content.
No Tobacco Sales by Lit Cigar
Lit Cigar does not sell, ship, process orders for, broker or fulfill tobacco products. Lit Cigar is a product discovery, price comparison and referral platform. Any purchase decision, transaction, age verification, tax calculation, shipping determination, return, refund or customer service matter is handled solely by the applicable third-party retailer.

User Submissions
If you submit information through a form, waitlist, contact page, survey or partner inquiry, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You grant Ivy Edge Strategies LLC and Lit Cigar a non-exclusive right to use submitted information to respond to you, operate the site, evaluate potential partnerships, improve services and comply with legal obligations, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ivy Edge Strategies LLC, Lit Cigar and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption or damages arising from third-party retailers, affiliate links, product information, tobacco-related transactions, site errors, service interruptions or unauthorized access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amount you paid directly to us for use of the site in the six months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Ivy Edge Strategies LLC, Lit Cigar and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers and licensors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the site, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, your submissions or your interaction with any third-party retailer, affiliate partner or service provider.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us through the contact page and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law will govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles. Unless prohibited by applicable law, any legal action relating to these terms, Ivy Edge Strategies LLC or Lit Cigar must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when these terms were last updated. Continued use of Lit Cigar after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
